I had a unique circumstance that required a long drawn out process of many months.Every step of the way as things evolved Rob was there to ensure everything was met and up to standard. Even as the closing date came, the actual mortgage company wanted more items that had already been given to them and wanted to charge a higher rate. I closed on my first home about a week ago. The entire process, from securing a lender to closing on the home, went extremely smooth thanks to Port City Mortgage.
